This blanket has individual 3β stitched squares filled with sand which I wasnβt expecting bc this is my first weighted blanket, I thought weighted blankets were one big blanket with weights evenly distributed throughout the whole thing but guess not , all in all everyone who tryβs my blanket wants one and immediately feels safe
And secure when using it they are always like wow I need one it Really great weight which surrounds you and gives that secure feeling, also great for muscle and bone soreness when you need that extra weight pressing down which gives relief to muscles nerves and bones I have a bad back injury and this blanket helps with my sciatica and back pain only

This blanket is just what my son needed to help him fall asleep and stay asleep. For some reason this weighted blanket comforts him and helps provide the overall pressure that he needs to wind his body down for sleep. I was nervous about washing this blanket, but it washed well and has lasted for about 2 yrs. now. The only downfall is that it adds an extra layer to the bed, making him have a sheet, weighted blanket, and comforter. He is a hot sleeper so we blast his fan and keep his room cool. He does not go a night without the weighted blanket, so I don’t think the heat bothers him too much. Definitely something to try if your child has sleep issues, adhd, or sensory issues. I was hesitant to try it and now wish I would of done it earlier.

expected to be bulky and clumpy. It was not at all. Fabric is breathable and soft. The weight is evenly distributed.
Very satisfied with my purchase, that I am buying three more to give as gifts.

Absolutely love this weighted blanket! For someone with PTSD , insomnia and severe anxiety.. it has helped me tremendously ! Helped me calm down and also for sleep ! To fall asleep and stay asleep which I have a lot of trouble with !

Iβm giving this a 5 because itβs so soothing. I probably should have gotten15lbs. Itβs really hard to roll over because itβs so heavy. I went with the suggested weight according to my weight. Itβs just a little to heavy for me.
